A sustainable source of energy

In the mountains, every step puts a strain on your body. Pasta is a source of complex carbohydrates, which are digested slowly, providing constant, lasting energy throughout the day. This means you can keep going longer, even during prolonged efforts at altitude, without feeling tired or exhausted quickly. A bowl of pasta before a hike or intense physical activity helps maintain your energy reserves so you can face the challenges of the mountains without worry.

Easy to prepare

After a long day's walking or adventure, there's nothing better than a quick and easy meal. Not only is pasta easy to cook, it also lends itself to a wide variety of sauces and toppings, from vegetables and proteins to local cheeses. You can tailor your pasta to your nutritional needs at the time, whether it's for protein, fibre or good fats.
