These conditions govern the sale of bookings for courses, outings and holidays by AlpineCore.
The prices of our products are indicated in Swiss francs, inclusive of all taxes (VAT and other taxes applicable on the date of the order), unless otherwise indicated and exclusive of processing and shipping costs. If you order from a country other than mainland France or Switzerland, you are the importer of the product(s) concerned. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. These duties and sums are not the responsibility of AlpineCore. They will be at your expense and are your sole responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the authorities and competent bodies in your country. We advise you to check with your local authorities. All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable in Swiss francs. AlpineCore reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced on the basis of the price list in force at the time the order is validated and subject to availability. Products remain the property of AlpineCore until full payment has been received. Please note: as soon as you take physical possession of the products ordered, the risks of loss or damage to the products are transferred to you.
Contractual information is presented in French and will be confirmed at the latest when your order is validated. AlpineCore reserves the right not to register a payment, and not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever, particularly in the event of a supply problem, or in the event of any difficulty concerning the order received.

Any confirmation of an order implies your full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, without exception or reservation. All the data supplied and the recorded confirmation will be deemed proof of the transaction. You declare that you are fully aware of them. Confirmation of the order will constitute signature and acceptance of the operations carried out.
The fact of validating your order implies for you the obligation to pay the price indicated. Payment for your purchases is made by credit card using the secure Squarespace and Stripe system. In accordance with the provisions of article L.121-21 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify your decision or pay any penalty. Returns must be in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions). In this case, you are liable. Any damage suffered by the product on this occasion may be such as to defeat the right of withdrawal. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, AlpineCore will reimburse the sums paid within 14 days of notification of your request, using the same means of payment as that used for the order.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The supply of audio or video recordings or computer software when they have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery. The supply of a newspaper, periodical or magazine, except for subscription contracts for these publications. Transactions concluded at a public auction. The supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the performance of which has begun after the consumer's express prior agreement and express waiver of his right of withdrawal.
Our products are offered for as long as they are visible on the site https://www.alpinecore.ch and while stocks last. If a product is unavailable after you have placed your order, we will inform you by e-mail. Your order will be automatically cancelled and no bank debit will be made.
The products offered comply with current French legislation. AlpineCore may not be held liable in the event of failure to comply with the legislation of the country where the product is delivered. It is your responsibility to check with the local authorities about the possibility of importing or using the products or services you intend to order. Furthermore, AlpineCore shall not be held liable for any damage resulting from improper use of the product purchased.
