Our intermediate Pilates classes are perfect for those who already have a base and want to go further. With more complex exercises, we work on intensity, mobility and muscular resistance. We move up a gear to work on mobility, resistance and balance, so you can climb up, down and up again without fear. Each session is tailored to your progress, so you can strengthen your stability, improve your posture and become as strong as an ibex ready to climb a summit (or not)!
